Portobello, Sweet Pepper and Tomatoes

White miso, 2 Tsp

Lemon juice, 2 Tsp

Salt, 1 tsp

Water, ½ cup

Garlic, 1 clove

Thyme, fresh, 2 Tsp

Spring onions, chopped, ¼ cup

Basil, fresh, chiffonade, 2 Tsp
